Hotaru Tomoe

After doing the Inner Senshi in party dresses, I decided I was going to do the Outer Senshi too.

Here is what I guess you could call an older version of Hotaru, made using Heroine doll maker on Azalea's Dolls. It was a little hard to pick the dress selections that fit her personality,but I think she came out great.
